Pine Belt Cadillac

It’s not often that driving a new car like XT6 feels simply great, but that it also tells a story of the car leasing experience itself. I went with my son to Pinebelt Caddy in Toms River to look at a specific pre-owned vehicle advertised on the Caddy website he was interested in. It was actually at the Keyport Nissan location. Since I didn't want to go to Keyport, they went and brought the car back to the toms River location, which I thought was very nice of them. We waited and when the car arrived, took it out for a test drive. My son liked it and wanted it. Since the car needed to go to the service department for a final check and prepare for his purchase, we left and returned the following day to pick it up. We went back the following morning as per their request to find nothing had been done yet to the car. They decided it had to go to their Nissan dealership down the road for servicing. First, I have to say, the manager Ed is great. Our sales guy Jalen, was also great. The finance guy Andy, again was great. Everyone we dealt with there or saw were very nice and very friendly. I do have a couple complaints though. We spent the first day there a couple of hours. The second day when we thought we were going back to do the paperwork, purchase and take the car home, we spent six and a half hours there. The car was never finished. We actually purchased the car, but couldn't take it home. On the third day, I asked them to call me when it was ready. When they called late afternoon, we went to pick it up. Then, we spent even more time with the finance manager finalizing the deal. The other complaint. Since I was told they were going to do a lot of good stuff to the car at the Nissan service department. I asked for a list of what they actually did to keep for my sons records. I never received it even after asking several times. Overall, like I said, everyone there I dealt with was great, really nice people. They have a great selection of pre-owned vehicles and beautiful new Cadillacs on the lot. However, I felt for me, there was way too much time wasted, hours and hours and days, spent there to buy a car. I hope this was the exception.

I just purchased a 2024 CT5 V Blackwing and had a great experience at Pine Belt Cadillac! My salesperson, Alex Santos, was a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful! He brought joy to the process with his energy and personality. Great salesperson! His sales manager, Marc Stango, also provided great service and support and like Alex, is very personable and a straight shooter. Andrew Brand, the finance manager, made sure the financial transaction was smooth and he was also very easy to work with. I never felt any pressure from anyone on the team and I am incredibly happy with my new car!!! I highly recommend Alex, Marc, Andrew and the whole team at Pine Belt if you are in the market for a new Cadillac!

I just purchased a 2024 XT6 that I found online. From the time we had our test drive to driving out with our car, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Our salesperson, Ralph Mazzeo, was very professional and had a sense of humor that I appreciated. Had a tour of the service area, and everyone who I dealt with was extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend.
